30-Day Return Policy
At SoundCade, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we make returns easy.
What Can Be Returned
- Unused, unopened items in original packaging
- Items returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items in the same condition as received
What Cannot Be Returned
- Opened trading card packs, booster boxes, or sealed collections
- Digital items (Steam Keys, digital codes) once delivered
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
How to Start a Return
- Email us at hello@soundcade.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package the item securely and ship it back
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@soundcade.com and we will make it right at no cost to you.
